Appraisals: We appraise every item that is to be sold. and each item will get a price sticker or pricing sign with the initial price on the first day of the sale. As days go by, the prices may be lowered to move the items and give customers a reason to do business with you.

◊ Our staff will work the floor engaging customers to encourage sales
◊ On the first day of the sale we employ a number system & carefully limit the number of customers in the home at any given time ◊ Using a silent bid system to encourage the sale of higher priced items
